Sandra Monat set up her brand herzensart© in 2005 after she recieved a sewing machine as a gift and began creating soft creatures, like she had never done anything else before.
Since then she designes and handcraftes a growing collection of one-of-a-kind art toys and a variety of products. Inspired by mythology and history she formed an ever growing universe with several themes, the so called herzensart - worlds

Sandras one-of-a-kind textile objects are handmade with attention to contemporary design, the use of high quality materials and construction. Her edition items - like plates, rubber stamps and stationary are from high quality and manufactured in small numbers Germany.
